All products: motors, automatic control units, remote controls. Somfy offers a guarantee period of 5 years following the date of manufacture on these (WireFree) motors, batteries and on the automatic control units and accessories for roller shutters and awnings. The date of manufacture is indicated on each product.

EXTENDED WARRANTY 7 YEARS

On the ranges: S&SO RS100 io, Oximo WireFree II RTS, Oximo 40 Solar io, Sunea 40 Solar io and Sunea 40 dc RTS: motors, panels and batteries. Somfy offers an extensive guarantee period of 7 years following the date of manufacture of these products. The date of manufacture is indicated on each product. This only applies if the motor, the solar panel and the battery have been purchased from Somfy.

SPECIFIC LIMITATIONS

Products for garage doors and gate openers plus accompanying controls, switch equipment and accessories. Somfy offers a guarantee period of 3 years following the date of manufacture. The date of manufacture is indicated on each product.
