New app for TaHoma® classic users

TaHoma classic users can now switch to the new TaHoma app

TAHOMA CLASSIC APP WILL BE REPLACED BY TAHOMA APP INFORM YOUR CLIENTS NOW

From September 26th, TaHoma classic users will be able to download and migrate to the new TaHoma app.

Stay tuned and inform your clients that they will benefit from:
- a modern and easy to use app
- a new pairing process, directly from the app
- a new menu layout

INFORMATION FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS

PRODUCTS COMPATIBILITY

Not all products are compatible with the new TaHoma application. Your clients need to check if their current installation is affected.

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER

Their installation is automatically transferred to the new app, including all the scenes and eligible products mentioned in the compatibility list.

EASY USE

Creating scenes has never been simpler: they are gathered in one menu and the app provides more guidance to help them create new scenes.

STEP BACKWARDS POSSIBLE

Going back to the TaHoma Classic app is possible, but keep in mind that this app will be phased out

SMARTPHONE USAGE ONLY

The new TaHoma app can only be used on smartphones (not accessible from a computer or a connected watch).

REGULAR UPDATES

The app is updated regulary to provide new features and product compatibilities (including from brand partners).
